TANA Artist-in-Residence, Jaime Montiel, during the Winter of 2011 created a silkscreen print to demonstrate to TANA workshop participants how a silkscreen print is created. Jaime Montiel broke down the silkscreen print into separate stencil and each individual stencil was exhibited along with the final product in the TANA Gallery during the months of March-May. Included in this demonstration was a color study painting of the image Jaime would create as a silkscreen print. Please see below for photos of the poster in layers and installed in the gallery.
