Last night was a beautiful space of community! Pamela Chavez and her amazing team brought their concepts for a short animated film titled Caracol Cruzando to TANA to kickstart their campaign to fundraise money to finish the film. This short film is a commentary on migration, as this is an increasingly polarizing topic today. The story is about a girl named Anais who must decide to leave Costa Rica with her pet turtle to come to the US.
