This past August, our co-founder, Malaquias Montoya was honored through a documentary feature titled El Mural de Malaquias Montoya en el COLEF: La Historia de Tijuana. COLEF, which stands for El Colegio de la Frontera Norte, held its 2nd International Seminar on Migration and Public Policy.
